January 11, 2011 My day off

People who know me, know that I have Fibromyalgia Syndrome and today I really know it. My own fault, I didn’t take my morning pain med. Every morning I wake up and wonder what wouldn’t work or what will hurt today. Today it is everything and it took me to late afternoon to remember – short term memory loss is one of the many symptoms of fibro – that I forgot to take my morning pain med. Now I remember why I take them. So much for January 11, 2011.
